Orange Elephant Dreams :) The frills on this one are so sparkly gold and happy.
Dreamcatchers are made by many Native American artists and people throughout the world, but they originated with the Ojibwe people. It is said that when a dream catcher is hung above the place where you sleep, it catches the dreams as they drift by. The good dreams, knowing their way, pass through the opening in the center of the webbing while the bad dreams, not knowing the way, are caught in the webbing and destroyed at the first light of the morning sun.
*Note: This dreamcatcher has sold and yours will be made when you order it, so it may vary just a bit.
Wrapped with leather cord, strung with yummy beads and I've added feathers wrapped in wire and a stone elephant.
The ring measures 5" in diameter with an additional 12 inches in frills and doodads, so about 17" in length total.
